Meet Rachel Harvest

I believe you don’t get to choose the life you’re born into, or when life ends, but you do get to choose how you live the moments in between.

I’m Rachel Harvest, a functional and integrative registered dietitian and dialectical behavior therapist. I work with women who have a lot going for them on the outside but feel disconnected, anxious, stressed, heavy, or lost on the inside.

Women who want to do it all, and actually enjoy it.

My journey includes profound loss, major reinvention, and choosing freedom, professionally and personally. Through 18+ years in health, behavior change, movement science, and neuroscience, I help women build habits aligned with their values and their why.

It’s simple, but it’s not easy.
