Heal for Real™ is a comprehensive, self-guided course led by Rachel Harvest, MS, RDN, CDN—a registered dietitian and behavioral health specialist—and the founder of The Harvest Method.

Rachel created The Harvest Method to support people in healing through nourishment, emotional regulation, self-advocacy, and practical life skills—not quick fixes or surface-level solutions.

Project: Love, Me™ is a guided self-love practice devoted to the art of self-acceptance and emotional awareness. This work helps you reconnect with your natural, loving state by gently identifying and releasing the parts of yourself you’ve learned to reject—your thoughts, beliefs, patterns, and behaviors.

Through conscious awareness and compassionate self-inquiry, you learn how to:

  • Fact-check self-critical and unloving thoughts

  • Recognize internalized judgment and conditioning

  • Replace shame and self-rejection with clarity and self-trust

  • Build sustainable, embodied self-love
